Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases of virtual items (CS:GO skins) are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a transaction is completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same transaction
  • Technical error preventing item delivery
  • Unauthorized transaction on your account
  • Failure to deliver the purchased item within 48 hours (subject to verification)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases
  • Item price changes after purchase
  • Steam inventory restrictions or errors
  • Violation of terms of service
  • Items already transferred or used

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide transaction ID and detailed explanation
  3. Wait for review (typically 3-5 business days)
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method

Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after approval.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension. We strongly encourage resolving issues through our support channels.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is eligible for refund, we may process a partial refund at our discretion.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made.

8. Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (technical failures, payment processor issues), we reserve the right to issue store credit or alternative solutions.
